The New Number 2

"I'm back in the saddle again" Now that school is done I can focus on more creative outlets.

Here we are, Jim & Spock in those red Starfleet uniforms that originated in ST II. So, I did this for 2 reasons- 1) I love those uniforms and 2) I was curious to see what it would look like if I drew new Jim & Spock wearing them. Spock turned out well, as he usually does, while Jim looks slightly off to me. Not greatly, just a little. Which he usually does when I try to draw him. Dammit Jim. But, I think he looks better than my first attempt at him [link] I made a couple cosmetic changes to them, just to give them a slight update, but they're still basically the same.

The title of this actually comes from the name of Dhani Harrison's (Beatle George's kid) band, thenewno2. New, cuz this is new Jim & Spock and Number 2 since Wrath of Khan is where these outfits first came from.
