Off to America

So I was gonna do this one last week, but I did this one instead: [link] I have this pic up on my wall and I kept looking at it thinking it would be fun to draw. I dont know offhand who took it, but I'm pretty sure it was taken in 1964 (possibly right before they left for America for the first time, but i'm not positive). Anyway, it was pretty fun to do. I love it when John has that hat. He always looked so good in it. Well, he looked good in most of the hats I've seen him in. Not everyone looks good with hats on but he sure does. One plus is because John's got sunglasses, I dont have to draw his eyes (and eyes are hard to get right). But on the other side, I did have to colour in a lot of black cuz it was a dark picture (the actual photo is a lot darker, but we all know I never do them as dark as they really are) and colouring in all that black can get tedious.
